Job Description:
Engage in the design, implementation, and customization of Remedy to fit department needs. Install and configure Remedy Action Request System ver 6.x. Customize and reconfigure Remedy Helpdesk application ver 5.5 including five-tier categorization architecture ? category, type, item, detail, and description. Implement the web components and perform customizations specific to each business unit in the department.

Required Skills:
o Installation and customization of Remedy Action Request System ver 6.x
o Design and customization of Remedy web components
o Experience customizing Remedy Helpdesk Application ver 5.5
o Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with diverse personalities
o Good multitasking and prioritization skills

What role will the consultant have:
Recommend, design, implement, and customize Remedy Action Request System ver 6.x and Remedy Helpdesk Application ver 5.5
