Description
We are seeking 2 Level II Help Desk Support Analysts to provide telephone technical support for hardware and software in a Windows 2000/XP/Vista environment, as well as implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance and support of financial advisor software.

These analysts will work with a variety of software applications including MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat, pcAnywhere, McAfee Antivirus, Cisco VPN, and a trouble ticket management system.

Qualified candidates possess prior telephone support experience, as well as mid-level IT Support capabilities.

These are full-time, benefited opportunities, located in Cross Lanes, WV.df-tc
