Immediate need for 2 STRONG Java Web App Developers!!!

Qualifications:
This is for 2 strong Java Web App Developers. This is not a management position but a strong Java App Developer Must have large corporate Web App development experience, Strong communication skills, Troubleshooting and Diagnostic ability, Strong JSP programming experience, 2-5 years experience as a software developer/lead developer. Experience in/with Java, HTML, Unix, Oracle, and MVC.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates software development project activities through all phases. In addition, this position may coordinate, evaluate and partner with technology vendors and outside consultants, as needed. Will work closely with other organizations to identify and quantify business issues associated with specific projects, develop and implement business strategy, and assist in setting strategic technical direction. The incumbent may be required to participate in and provide leadership for IT projects, including such activities as defining user requirements, preparing detailed plans and schedules, calculating resource allocation and assignment, applying critical path methodology, providing ongoing coordination and tracking of tasks.
