The Manager of Quality Assurance leads the quality assurance organization in the development, implementation and execution of all software verification test programs while maintaining a top notch highly motivated team. Additionally, in this position you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the set of quality assurance best practices along with the test infrastructure needed to achieve the results desired across the full life cycle of Pacific Edge's product suite. This is a "hands on" position for the quality assurance professional with strong technical skills and demonstrated success in managing a QA team. Previous experience leading QA for a Microsoft centric enterprise web application and recent experience and an affinity for Agile Development, XP or Extreme Programming methodologies; 3+ years of SQL Server, Win9x, WinNT 4.0, Win2000, and windows XP; and 3+ years of QA leadership, are preferred. Experience with enterprise performance test tools and a BS in computer science or engineering or equivalent are required.
