Marketing Web Consultant
Designer / Usability Testing



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Web project management and direction for internal clients across the organization
  • Understanding customer requirements, competitive offerings and Internet marketing/best practices
  • Provide design guidance throughout development process
  • Assist in creating wireframe mock ups for testing and online usability testing and surveys for customer research
  • Ability to translate client's Internet business goals into working Websites
  • Drive information architecture across clients (navigation design, interface design, process flow)



REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Ideal candidate will have a strong interaction design/information architecture background
  • Passion for creating smart user experiences and improving the tools, techniques, and methodologies used within the usability field
  • Thorough project management background
  • Expertise with HTML and graphic design tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to meet compressed deadlines and timeframes
  • Three to five years experience in usability/interaction design with at least two to three years Web usability experience
