Description: BearingPoint is seeking team members for its Financial Services practice.
Location: Open (preferably near major hubs in East Coast and Mid West)

Candidates should have large-scale project experience that involves any one or more of the following components:
· Business Process Management
· Implementation and Integration of toolsets
· Rules Management Tools
· Implementing BPM tools and analytics for Financial Services industries
· Specifically capital markets if available.
· Executive Presence In Fortune 500, Preferably Fortune 100.

Responsibilities:
· Works as a part of as team to sell and deliver consulting solutions related to implementing business process management into Capital Market accounts.
· Understands key cost drivers to core business processes, seeks solutions to reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve profitability
· Provide structured and creative analysis to identify business performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings
· Understand critical success factors for the client and its industry
· Build long-term relationships with key clients
· Ability to lead significant workstreams of significant scope requiring cross functional integration
· Deliver timely and quality services meeting or exceeding expectations of team manager and client
· Support engagement planning and control processes, while performing work within cost targets
· Support major proposal efforts
· Identify additional client opportunities

Requirements:
· A preferred background in Business Process Reengineering and systems integration. Experience also in the specialized area of Capital Markets is also helpful
· Experience and level guideline:
- 10-12 yrs: Senior Manager
- 8-10 yrs: Manager
- 5-8 yrs: Senior Consultant
- 3-5 yrs: Consultant
- 0-3 yrs: Analyst
· Strong problem solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills
· Experience with Savvion, Lombardi, Staffware, Fujitsu I-Flow product.
· Understands a business P&L, the business components and functions that contribute to it, and how to influence changes to it
· Ability to solve problems by applying frameworks and communicate implications for the client
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Access skills a strong plus
· BA/BS; MBA Required
· Expected travel: greater than 50%
