REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years experience in HelpDesk environment or role, proficient in PC Windows Desktop troubleshooting, reinstalling computers, resetting passwords, etc., HEAT ticketing system knowledge preferred, ability to work flexible hours (Anytime from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.), organized, detail oriented, and reliable

DUTIES:

Window Desktop troubleshooting, printer installation, password resets, program set up, answering the phone, logging calls, following up on open tickets and any additional duties as needed

Oakland

Monday through Friday

Flexible Hours - 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

$12.00 or $13.00 per hour
