About our Client:
Poway based, mid-sized, casual company of approximately 30 employees providing administrative, marketing and technical support to a staff of field sales people and agencies is currently seeking an IT and Business Application Specialist. The product is a very high-quality paneling manufactured in Europe, used for faade cladding and interior applications. Recent new product developments are showing market growth of more than 50% per year. This growth requires better local use and continuous local support of both the local IT infrastructure and the global Business Applications used for this business. Client provides competitive compensation package along with health insurance, paid sick leave, vacation and holidays, 401K match, membership to local gym.

About the Position:
This specific position will be responsible for maintaining the network of hardware and software systems used by internal employees located at the Poway headquarters and the New York Design Centre and field sales employees. A unique part of this job will be to have a full working knowledge and be a super user of SAP and the SAP Business Warehouse programs. With this knowledge base, the employee will train and advise other team members and act as the go to person for such training.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree with emphasis in IT, computer science or related business field
Business applications experience
5-7 years experience in IT support and business applications
Strong SAP experience
Strong Excel experience
Strong Microsoft Systems experience
Strong system network experience
Business Warehouse experience is a plus
Occasional domestic travel to support the IT system and BA needs outside of Poway.
Occasional international travel to interface with global IT group and understand system needs
Occasional overseas travel to interface with corporate peers.
