Total Compensation Range is $72,100 to $91,400 includes (base plus commission at plan)

The Account Executive ? Winback is an outside sales position. This position is responsible for acquiring business that is with another service provider within our Valued or Signature Business Markets. The AE will establish new network products and services including, but not limited to local access & toll, long distance, internet options and data networking. Optimally, the AE will use term contracts to retain these new revenue streams.

Account Executives work as integrated members of the Valued or Signature Business Account teams. An AE is expected to conduct 25 site visits, including 4 scheduled appointments per day and deliver 25 quality proposals per week, while meeting objectives for Winback Lines and Net New Revenue. An AE may be assigned to specific Valued and/or Signature Account teams. Leads may be provided to supplement your individual customer prospecting efforts.

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:

?Successful outside sales experience
?1-3 years of telecommunications experience
?Account prospecting and excellent time
management skills
?Able to work in an autonomous work environment
?Valid drivers' license and personal vehicle
?Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
products, specifically Microsoft Excel

Desired Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:

?Minimum of three successful years outside sales
experience
?Land-line telecommunication experience
?Excellent communication and sales negotiation
and problem resolution skills
?Competitive knowledge is a plus
