You will grow with this company and have many chances to make an impact.The Information Technology Team is currently seeking an individual to work as an Assistant Manager with IT Support Services. The qualified candidate must:• Have strong verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment• Have expertise with all aspects of PC and laptop hardware setup/maintenance, including installation and configuration of hard drives, NIC's, printers, and other PC accessories. Microsoft Certification preferred.• Have expertise with various OS platforms including DOS, Windows 95/NT/2000/XP• Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Help Desk Manager or equivalent.
