Description
TWI IS LOOKING FOR A TECHY ADMIN/MEETING COORDINATOR to assist the Director of IT.

Ideal Candidates will be able to organize and coordinate off-site meetings and arrange conference calls/meetings, assist with tracking and follow-up on meeting action items. Support various tasks, including preparation expense paperwork for reveiw, and approval. Handle administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: Intra-Net phone directory updates, OTM Billing, web -conferencing support, audio and video teleconferencing support and small projects.

Assoiciates Degree in Computer Science preferred, strong organizational skills, Excellent MS office including Access. Pay range approx $20- $24/hr.

Must submit test scores for required skills and references with candidate submission.

LOCATION: Inglewood, CA
