Ajilon has an immediate need for one of our direct clients:

Job Title: Altiris Administrator
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 12 Months

- Set up PXE servers (Altiris Deployment Solution)

- Understand and implement security rights for helpdesk and desktop staff within Deployment solution

- Create two hardware independent images while utilizing Altiris Deployment solution to deploy, Windows XP and Vista.

- Create and Design Modular application load jobs depending on Department with deployment solution.

- Maintain existing Legacy Image until new images/packages are created.

Experience/Skills
Two plus years administering Altiris Notification Server 6, Altiris Deployment Server 6. Quick learner with ability to manage complex Altiris management and deployment processes. Experience creating and maintaining hardware independent images, and remotely deploying images

Must be familiar with :

- NS security roles
- ASSET/CMDB
- Patch
- App Metering
- SVS
- WISE
- Basic understanding of how the NS database works.
- Basic understanding of SQL Queries
- Active Directory experience
- Group Policy experience
- Server experience.. 2k3 etc.. etc..
