Kaiser Permanente, parterning with Genesis10 Consulting, is seeking an experienced application coordinator for a one-year contract in Cleveland. This consultant will support the Ohio Region and serve as point person for ensuring content and consistency for the KPHC Outpatient Clinical application. Responsibilities: *Work under the supervision of the Outpatient Clinical Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining and optimizing KP HealthConnect's ambulatory application. *Serve as the liaison between KPHC and clinical operations. *Work with KPHC and clinical operations to coordinate problem resolution management, system build, testing, and interfaces as they relate to all aspects of KP HealthConnect. *Support HealthConnect to aid clinical operations (MSC, module staff) in providing high quality care and service to our members. *Support the integration of the KPHC Outpatient clinical through application maintenance i.e. medications, Rx preference lists, order movement through ongoi
