MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Consultant must have: 1.Five (5) years experience within last seven (7) years in application development. 2.Five (5) years experience in the last seven (7) years in system development; including system analysis, design, documentation and application change control for production environments. 3.Five (5) years experience within last seven (7) years DBMS programming experience using SQL. 4.Three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years developing procedures with PL/SQL. 5.Three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years working on Microsoft Server Platforms (Windows 2000 minimum version). 6.Three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years working with Microsoft Development Technologies VBS and VFP. 7.Two (2) years experience within the last three (3) years in one or more ETL tools such as Cognos Decision Stream. 8.Two (2) years experience within the last three (3) years using OLAP reporting tools such as Cognos ReportNet. 9.Two (2) years experience within the last three (3) years using Business Intelligence interface development tools such as Cognos Visualizer, Metrics Manager and PowerPlay. 10.Three (3) years out of the last five (5) successfully completing projects requiring prioritizing of tasks within a defined project scope.
