Description
Project Title:
ITE Test Improvement Program - Design, build and implement a process for managing a requirement based set of test environments, for large mainframe applications to execute online and batch cycles on repeatable basis.
Project Description:
Improve testing practices, standardize environment infrastructures; JCL, naming standards, CICS, MQ, etc.
Build application test cycles, identify requirements, and build batch schedules accordingly. Provide metrics and reporting through various tool sets.
Scope of Work:
Primary technical interface between project manager, and the testing application team. Will prepare test cycle setup, support, restart/ recovery, job execution. Identify defects and recommend test cycle improvements

Required Skills:
JCL, ZEKE-ZEBB processing, setup, commands, restart / recovery, required to build job/events in the scheduler.
ZOS-ISPF utilites, PDSMAN, Eztrieve, FileAid, CompareX, DFDSS, NDM, FTP file transfer, CICS & DB2 concepts etc.
