We have helped clients tailor and adopt similar practices in their drives to eliminate waste and improve speed to market. The knowledge gained from fourteen years of client delivery is also channeled into developing innovative products which help us and other people deliver value through technology.

Experience/Skills

ThoughtWorks is looking for talented .NET (C#) and Java (J2EE) Developers who have a solid technical base, are comfortable across all application tiers, and want to work on interesting projects in a consulting environment.

You’ll need to have:
•    4+ years development experience using C# or Java or Ruby
•    Actual delivery experience on a .NET or Java project
•    Experience with object oriented analysis/design
•    Knowledge of OO design patterns, refactoring and unit testing
•    Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications
•    Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) & Scrum is preferred
•    Experience in a leadership and mentoring role is also a positive
Our consultants are passionate about high-quality software, Agile, Ruby on Rails, SOA, Web 2.0 and, of course, delivering business value. We are looking for exceptional communicators who are innovative and creative in solving complex business problems.

As a consultancy our projects are located across the US and require a significant amount of travel.
