Application Security Project ManagerBergen CountyUp to 115KWe are currently seeking an Information Technology Project Manager to join us in our Montvale office.

Requirements:

Qualifications: ~Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience is required~Minimum of ten years (three at senior level) supporting highly available, scaleable and secure global systems is required~Extensive experience managing large, complex user provisioning implementations is required~Knowledge of one or more commercial enterprise user provisioning applications is preferred: (Business Layers, Access360, IBM TIM, Waveset, CA, Thor, etc.), or an understanding of the issues related to provisioning users down into multiple systems is mandatory~Must possess strong project management, communication and coordination skills and be able to interact with both senior business and technical personnel~Previous experience with an Enterpise SSO Access Control applications such as IBM/Tivolis Access Manager is preferred~Must have strong LDAP skills, including LDAP operations experience~Must possess strong understanding of Windows AD/NT/IIS security~Web-based application development experience using standards based applications; XML, XSLT, SOAP is preferred~Relational database administration experience is required (DB2 is preferred)~Must have familiarity with risk and control management, information security and data privacy concepts~Must have very strong problem detection and troubleshooting skills ~Must have experience in large organizations and be comfortable with frequently changing scope and priorities and with balancing multiple conflicting requirements and deliverables~Highly motivated self-starter: a results/team-oriented person with initiative who is willing to assume responsibility for deliverables within a dynamic and demanding environment is essential
