Application Support Senior Staff

Crowe Chizek's Audit and Tax Technology Group currently has an excellent opportunity available in its firmwide operations office location in South Bend, IN for an Audit-Tax Application Support Senior Staff. Applications will include ACL, Monarch, ProSystem fx, Tax Software, and DueDate Tracking.

You will be responsible to learn, support and train the firmâ??s current Audit and Tax applications. This will include ACL, Monarch, ProSystem fx- Tax Software, and DueDate Tracking. You will assist with projects and periodic feedback. You will review, test and document features of annual or periodic application releases. You will collaborate with team members to enhance tools, and help to find creative approaches for client needs.

Bachelors degree in accounting or business administration. 5 years experience with financial or operations auditing, and tax preparation using PC-based applications.
Proficiency required in MS Windows/Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer.
Experience with ProSystem Tax, ACL, MS Access, Visual Basic, MS Project preferred.
Familiarity with PC Applications training and user support, programming (including analysis, testing and documentation). Must possess excellent communication skills in technical writing, training and telephone support. Should be self-managing, organized and disciplined, with attention to detail.
