Description
Our most stable and growing clients has an immediate need for an Lead Applications Architect. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentoring and support of application and infrastructure projects requiring J2EE web application technology. They will develop and communicate application architecture standards and processes, critiques and direct architecture decisions and application design, and will provide non-functional project requirements as necessary. They will also ensure the availability and reliability of the Websphere Application Server environment and the Websphere Portal environment. They will understand the business needs, manages technology road maps, and will make recommendations to help the Client meet its business objectives. This role requires Excellent communication skills, the ability and desire to mentor junior developers, and a "hands on" attitude. For this role, there is a Lease Car program that is Very Attractive and company sponsored relocation is available.df-tc

Experience/Skills
