Summary of Job Function
Responsible for accurately maintaining all necessary systems and ensures that all policies and procedures are established for the timely delivery of client service level agreements. Supports the development of individuals, teams and work initiatives. Manages job families to include Lan administrators, Louts notes administrators, Microcomputer technicians, Network analysts, Network technicians, Operations analysts, Operations technicians, Telecommunications CSR, Telecommunications Technician and Process control specialists.

Essential Responsibilities
1. Supervisory responsibility over multiple team members performing skilled tasks. Tasks may be highly specialized in nature in one or more functional area. Provides direction and management for team members career growth and mastery of job responsibilities.
2. Leads a team that is responsible for accurately executing, monitoring and completing the daily scheduled deliverables while addressing any issues that may occur including problem management, escalation, and reporting of such issues.
3. Ensures the timely delivery of Client Service Level Agreements and the accurate reporting of such deliverables.
4. Sets objectives, schedule operators, and chart the best course for his group by staying informed of their customer’s needs and/or changes by actively participating along with Client Services, Applications Programming, Systems, and Management.
5. Interfaces with virtually all areas within the company and communicates with clients for planning and problem resolution.
6. Reviews system usage/performance, identify/resolve system problems, escalate such problems as needed, ensure tracking/reporting of maintenance and consult management on system issues.
7. Provides technical recommendations to support the growth and future technology advances to the benefit of the company.
8. Participates in the planning of budgets and implementation of new technologies.
9. Provides technical information and applies an advanced knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to determine better utilization of resources and the impact on daily production cycles.
10. Ability to build strong relationships both internal and external.
11. Ensures that safety and security procedures/policies are enforced at all times

Education and Experience
Four year college degree and 8 or more years professional experience or 10 or more years professional experience is required. Previous management experience is required for leadership and previous experience managing teams or projects is required for matrix management. Some appropriate TSYS experience is preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. Business Continuity Certification preferred.df-tc
