Business System Analyst - Oracle HR

Employment Type: Full Time Employment (FTE) Position

Job Description/Responsibilities:
The IT Business System Analyst will lead new projects and provide functional support for various systems and applications for our internal customers. This position will be the main liaison between business users and technical teams to identify analyze and translate needs into specifications. This role will actively participate in all phases of the project life cycle and be responsible for understanding end-to-end process and analyzing current business processes to determine changes to the procedures to achieve optimal results. The primary focus is Oracle Human Resource systems (Oracle Modules: Core HR, Self Service, Compensation Workbench, Incentive Compensation, iRecruitment). Key responsibilities include working closely with process owners and end users to map required business processes and translate to business systems solutions, recommending and educating on best practices related to various HR disciplines, providing application training to the HR User community and assisting in support of Oracle Applications customers and rollout of additional functionality/releases.


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT or a related discipline is required.
Extensive experience in Oracle HR applications is required and PeopleSoft HR experience is a plus.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of Oracle HRMS Systems functional experience and experience across the entire systems implementation lifecycle (including Assess, Design, Build, Test, and Implement), with at least 4 years of experience leading project teams.
Demonstrated ability to present ideas and information in group settings with strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand.
Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and reporting skills (Discoverer, BIZ, and Siebel Analytics) are required.
