Description
Our Client, a major financial company, has a need for a Backup Remediation person to Assess Problem and Root Cause. They will gather and assess data on backup/recovery success/failures from numerous locations. This person will work in partnership with various teams to determine root cause of any failures. They will Determine and coordination implementation to remediate the issues found. Goal is constant improvement.

This Candidate will interface with SAs, DBAs, backup operations and storage management teams. Provide regular reporting to overall project management team.

Ideal candidates will have hands on experience with various backup platforms: Veritas, Tivoli, Legato, ArcServe, HP Omniback. Strong data and problem analysis skills, technical solutions, and communications.

This Position is located in Ohio.
