Design, Implementation and Tier 3 support for Call Routing Systems and Platforms

Job Description:
Participate in presale consultation of Call Center traditional and VOIP based Call Routing system design.
Responsible for all Cisco core component configurations associated with the install, upgrade, and/or expansion of new or existing Customer configurations. Cisco units related are:
Cisco Routers ( 2600 and 3700 series )
Cisco Gatekeeper Routers ( 2600 and 3700 series )
Cisco Voice Gateway Routers ( AS5400 )
Cisco Ethernet Switches (1900, 2900, 3500 series)
Cisco Content Services Switches (11000 series)
Responsible for equipment design and layout of product equipment installed in ERSC for Customer platforms.
Responsible for upgrades to Cisco IOS based equipment within supported Customer platforms.
Setup, maintain, administer, and support monitoring platforms associated with product support. The platforms include but are not limited to:
Cisco Alarm Tracker
Cisco ITM
Whats Up Gold
KIWI Syslog Server
Sniffer
Tier 3 support for ERSC maintenance teams as related Customer product support. This support includes but is not limited to Cisco IOS based equipment, ICM and ISN hardware and software components, Cisco Call Manager and IP/IVR hardware related configurations.
Internal ERSC lab setup and support. There are several labs with the ERSC used for various functionalities associated with supporting our product base. These labs have hardware and software components that are both Cisco IOS and Wintel based components.
