Candidate must have at least 8 years experience as a BA/SA with a strong abilities in both business and systems analysis. Must be able to demonstrate connecting business needs with technical realities. In reverse, must be able to align technical environments to business outcomes. Candidate will be working on IT Infrastructure initiatives, initially responsible for applying appropriate IT due diligence at the beginning of a project. Candidate will work on up to 5 different 4 week initiatives sequentially. Candidate must be prepared to do manage a timeline, prepare and own project documentation as well as manage resources. Must be self managing and motivated. This role is fast moving and dynamic.

Experience/Skills
Healthcare experience a plus but not mandatory. In the trenches IT background essential.
