Fortune 500 client requires Business AnalystTeam is responsible analyzing, assessing, researching, and evaluatingthe current processes in place for the client appeals process - for both member andprovider appeals issues. This team will visit the different units within theappeals organization, assess their procedures, policies, etc. and determineshort term what immediate "fixes" need to be done to help streamline the entireprocess. In the long term, we will be revamping all procedures, combiningdatabases, possible creating a central database, etc. and then in the future,will be determining FTE balances, financial impacts, etc.*** Some database design would be a plus
