Insurance company in the Glendale area is looking for a Business Analyst to facilitate the automation of the company's processes using work flow analysis methods and work with internal business users, IT staff, supervisors, managers, superusers to translate user requirements into technical solutions to either streamline existing work flow process or develop new automated processes related to Workers comp liability. Must have a BS degree in related area with at least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry or related field. Must have a strong background in a workers compensation and or property liaiblity claims operations. Must posses highly developed analytical skills. Familiarity with organized project management methodologies and processes. Familiarity with Valley Oaks' IVOS product and/or Great Plains Financials and HR a plus.
