We have an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst to assist in addressing technical challenges that internal business customers may not be able to effectively do on their own. You will stay engaged with business strategy and operations of the Finance department to ensure that decisions with technology implications don't put the group in a technological bind. Responsibilities include:Provide technical consultation and direction to departments looking for tools to address business challenges or to streamline processes. Work with Customer Care leaders to help provide evaluations and selection of software vendor and/or software tools. Analyze technology needs and recommend alternative solutions to satisfying high-value business needs. Influence business decisions around technical solutions to ensure scalable and align with business goals Conduct business process mapping and perform impact analysis across business systems. Understand support of business applications, and as determined, provide basic application support and issue resolution. Meet regularly with Customer Care leaders to engage them in identifying opportunities to increase business operational efficiencies.
