Cisco's Remote Operation Services enable ongoing operations management of secure, IP Telephony networks. providing tech and expertise to proactively and remotely monitor, diagnose, and resolve IP network management problems in converged network environments. IP Telephony lifecycle services can help the customer reduce cost, time, and complexity associated with implementing and maintaining a converged network. As customers prepare for their IP Communications implementation, comprehensive lifecycle services will play a key part in the overall success of the implementation and ongoing support. This Manager will provide status reports on initiative progress. Coordinate meetings with key contributors and SME's to identify and implement quick wins. Strong knowledge with ITIL IT Service Managent. Proficient with Excel, Power Point and Word. Six Sigma Blackbelt required with strong analytics. Drive broad-based/cross functional changes to automate current or new processes, optimize efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. Develop and implement web- based software applications to automate and change Ciscos and its partners processes/ transactions related to manufacturing cycles, and ordering/billing/collection processes. Consult with all levels of management within Cisco and its partners, and influence them in automating/changing their business processes. Train Ciscos and partners management/ employees in the new web-based software applications. In a leadership role, lead groups for assigned project, providing direction and work resources to the team.
