Looking for a resource to develop the following plans for a new application for a system to capture, manage, and analyze accident reports from state troopers. Level 2 Support Help Desk Plan: A plan that describes the approach and schedule for completing the design, testing, and implementation of a help desk. The plan will be used to define the activities, skills, and resources required. The deliverable material will consist of approach, roles and responsibilities, tools, staff preparation requirements, supporting documentation, FAQ's, and scripts.
