Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Business Process Architect/Project Manager for a long-term contract position in the St. Louis, MO area.

This opportunity will focus on business functionality currently residing in one line of business and deploy a common business capability and supporting system infrastructure across multiple lines of business.

Experience/Skills
. Define business process architecture, including decisions and supporting detail (process decomposition) for key business capabilities;
. Lead and facilitate sessions with business subject matter experts to define business capabilities and processes.
. Provide thought leadership and insights across all business architecture components of a business process or line of business
. Prefer candidates with Big Five Exposure/Experience
. Financial Services Industry (capital markets, brokerage, etc)
. Guide the development and preparation of a business process assessment in support of a horizontal businesses capability plan
. Identify and document business process decisions and that must be addressed to realize an operating strategy/business capability
. Assist in the development of business process performance targets that are required to achieve the operating strategy
. Provide innovative ideas for operating issues/business processes and create new value opportunities.
