Description
Our client is looking for a mid level Business Analyst/QA Tester to augment their internal Information Technology staff. They will enhance and support the client's appraisal management software system. This person will provide expertise in business process documentation and analysis to the company, consult with users to gather business requirements and develop systems and/or applications specifications. They will also be involved in developing Test Plans from these specifications, develop test plans/cases. They will be responsible for driving the process by working closely with other Testers, Developers and Business Analysts.

Required Skills:

Must have at least 5+ years QA/BA experience
Must have experience working with user and the development group.
Must have experience gathering requirements, writing functional specs, creating Test Plans and Cases, perform back end data validation using SQL
Must have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication
Proficient with the following tools: MS Outlook; Word, Excel; Access, MS Project, Visio
Any mortgage or appraisal experience is a plus
