Skills and Experience:
An ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, proven expertise in data modeling and data management technologies, leadership qualities, and project management experience. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to travel overseas. Bachelor's degree in information systems, business management, another IT discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of systems/data analysis experience in a large international manufacturing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client is looking for a motivated Business Systems Analyst to join their Enterprise Reporting applications team. This person will manage client's global data management program and contribute to their eBusiness initiatives. This individual will utilize their highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a global team of logistics, product management, sales, marketing, and IT professionals to develop and implement a global data management program. This person will be involved in all phases of the application implementation lifecycle including current state analysis, business requirements gathering, solution design, application configuration, data analysis/migration, and end-user training.
