Details of Position:
Development activities include advanced real-time database driven sortation
applications and services, configuration and control management components, system performance monitors, system diagnostics and troubleshooting tools. Responsibilities include participation in requirements analysis, technical designs, coding, unit testing, product test support, and deployment support.

Management Skills:
Must have Bachelors and/or Masters in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical engineering. 5-8+ years software development experience with Microsoft platform. Knowledge, understanding, and experience of designing and developing Visual C++ based N-tier client/server applications. Proficiency with COM+, .NET, SQL, real-time programming and multi threading. Understanding of and ability to apply OO A/D principals. Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with other developers, QA personnel, and user representatives. Must have excellent oral communication skills to interact with users and other team members. Must have excellent written communication skills to be able to write concise and understandable project documentation, functional specifications, user manuals and other technical materials.
