Security Specialists provide services to ensure a secure network system. System components include: Authentication Systems, Encryption Systems, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, and management, monitoring and logging applications. Candidate must have strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to lead or participate on a technology team.

" CCSP, CISSP, MCSE-Security preferred. Minimum of 2 certifications required
" Thorough knowledge of OSI Model and TCP/IP protocol
" Thorough knowledge of IP Communications and Industry Security Solutions
" Thorough understanding of Security "Best Practices".
" In-Depth knowledge of various Industry Security Standards

Experience/Skills
7-10 Years Minimum hands on experience designing, deploying, and supporting advanced security systems.

Capabilities
Able to define and assess simple-to-advanced security policies

Able to architect and design detailed configurations for advanced security systems (Firewalls, VPN Solutions, Authentication Systems, Security Management Systems) including Wireless Security solutions.

Able to assess and monitor complex security systems.

Able to perform forensics of security breaches.
