Description
CDI has an immediate need for a contract Batch Operator in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Duration: 3-6 months
Shift: 1st

The Batch Operator provides 1st level support of customer batch applications running in a Control-M environment.

Primarily responsible for Level 1 problem and escalation management, responding to job abends.

This is a 24x7 environment so working on nights or weekends will be needed.df-tc
