Years Experience 3-5 years Description Minimum Qualifications: (1) Understanding of Configuration Management Systems and associated functions (Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management) (2) Working knowledge of change management principles. (3) Specific experience with change management processes in a corporate environment (4) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills (5) Self starter needing minimum direction Desired Qualifications: (1) Experience with BMC/Remedy tools, specifically Change Management or ITSM.
