Job Summary

Primary responsibilities of this position will be to lead the functional requirements definition, detailed design, functional and technical configuration, testing, and site implementation of integrated WARP Program Solutions and tools, consisting of a Data Analysis tool integrating multiple disparate Enterprise Systems, such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System), an Electronic Batch Record System (EBRS) system, embedded between the ERP layer and the Data Historian system (DHS) layer connecting with automated plant floor equipment as needed.

Data Analysis responsibilities will require frequent interaction with project leadership at the manufacturing sites and on a corporate level. A significant area of responsibility includes ensuring data analysis and aggregation across Wyeth Enterprise Systems in order to provide WARP-supported GMP tool for data access, reporting and analysis across the standard Manufacturing and Quality systems, including: MES (W/D & EBR) - Primary Data Source, Data Historian - Primary Data Source, LACES - Primary Data Source, SAP BW - Primary Data Source, CCMS - Secondary Data Source, and CAPA - Secondary Data Source.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the DART (Data Analysis and Reporting Tool) vendors and the Wyeth MES Core Team, to develop detailed functional requirements and detailed design documents, participate in design reviews and the necessary configuration needed for meeting the Wyeth's business requirements.

Work with Wyeth's Integration Team and Global Shared Services resources to understand and incorporate necessary master and transactional data exchanges between LIMS, ERP, EBRS, DHS and plant floor equipment according to Wyeth's global integration standards and SCOR business process models.

Participate in documentation, unit and integration testing activities that pertain to the MES and Data Analysis systems configuration and the integration with other Enterprise Systems as needed.

Support go-live preparation, cutover and post-go-live support efforts at the manufacturing plants in scope. Responsible for break/fix analysis and resolution as part of the global support model.

Basic Qualifications

BS/BA with 12-15 years relevant work experience. MBA preferred.

5-10 years of extensive integration experience with ERP, LIMS and/or MES systems is preferred;

Solid experience working with validated computer systems in a pharmaceutical environment is required;

5-10 years of data modeling and extensive experience with data aggregation and statistical analysis across multiple disparate Enterprise Systems is required.

BS/BA with 12-15 years relevant work experience.

MBA preferred.

8+ years MES and ERP.

8+ years application development experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment.

8+ years of data modeling experience.

10+ years application integration experience

10+ years package application configuration and systems integration experience.

Solid understanding and experience working within a GMP/GLP regulated environment.

Relocation is not available for this position.
