Extraordinary Opportunity for Consulting Engagement/Delivery Manager.

As the Consulting Engagement / Delivery Manager, you will have five years Project Management or Business Analysis experience in a banking environment along with consulting experience as a consultant or consultant manager (preferably both). You will have a sales focus or sales experience with RFP response, proposal development, price negotiation, etc. along with leadership experience in a consulting industry or corporate america. It is expected you will have Human Resource experience in the areas of interviewing, staff management, problem resolution and salary management. It is a plus to have ERP experience (Peoplesoft, SAP, JDE), sales experience with account responsibilities, process re-engineering and training experience.

As the Consulting Engagement / Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for sales support, account maintenance, consultant management and administrative process management for a group of accounts for a leading Project Management Staffing Organization. In this role, you will manage the relationships with Clients, Procurement Offices, Consultants and Recruiters and support the identification, qualification and submission of project managers, business analysts, ERP Professionals and QA resources.

This is an excellent position for an experienced project manager or business analyst consultant with experience in the sales process. Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5 years Project Management or Business Analysis experience.
- Consulting experience as a consultant or consultant manager (preferably both).
- 5 years experience in the Banking industry.
- Sales focus or sales experience (RFP response, Proposal development, price negotiation).
- Leadership experience in consulting industry or corporate america.
- HR experience (Interviewing, Staff Management, problem resolution, salary management).
- Outstanding soft skills including persuasive skills.
- Sense of urgency, achievement oriented.
- Confident, organized and self motivated.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to delegate.
- Above average MS Office skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- ERP experience (Peoplesoft, SAP, JDE).
- Sales experience with account responsibilities.
- Process re-engineering experience.
- Training experience.
