Description
This position is with a high-speed manufacturing facility. The CI Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of 10-15 electrical technicians and must be able to make quick decisions and set proper priorities to minimize downtime and keep a large production area up and running efficiently. Other duties: reviewing PM program and monitoring schedules on existing equipment; coordinating parts and labor for assigned areas during any scheduled plant shutdowns; using all support groups to accomplish needed requirements; documenting reoccurring equipment breakdowns and developing methods and programs to help predict and prevent breakdowns; and continuously striving to help the department and the factory become more efficient. Experience/Skills
Education: 4-year degree.

Required Skills: 3+ years experience in industrial electronics - PLCs, frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, Allen Bradley and Indramat; experience in programming and troubleshooting; supervisory experience; and excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
