Location: Duluth, GA

(Gwinnett Place Mall Area)

Software and Engineering Recruiting is a MUST

Required Skills:

- 3 to 5 years of solid recruiting experience in software, IT, and engineering areas.
- Polished and great communicator, handle high volume recruiting.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Prefer Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting strategy for specific area of the company. Develop strategic and tactical recruiting initiatives within assigned business units.
- Sources candidates from various sources including internet, Boolean searches, job boards and internal referrals
- Conducts initial phone screens and provides guidance to management.
- Prescreens resumes and reviews for best fit.
- Conducts on-site interviews to include behavioral assessment.
- Prepares special reports (standard and ad-hoc) when necessary.
- Consults with specific departments to determine skills assessment, manpower plan and other needs analysis
