Description
A healthcare network with 191 hospitals and 82 surgery centers which are locally managed and controlled by hometown people who share the values and interests of their community is seeking a Curriculum Designer and Training Strategist. This position lends to the curriculum planning and design of the IT Division Support Model performance-based learning programs, encompassing the development and delivery of training and documentation. JOB DUTIES:* Design learning solutions that will result in the successful implementation of the support model. * Work extensively with experts to develop subject matter content * Lead the ongoing evaluation of the learning solutions.

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's Degree, focused in curriculum design (adult learning), or comparable* Formal education und and/or operational experience in learning program design* Formal education und and/or operational experience in curriculum design and blended learning models* Ability to model values of the organization.* Excellent leadership and organizational skills.* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Proven skill in managing customer expectations.* Proven ability to design and assess performance-based eLearning training and development programs.* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent collaboration, facilitation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.* Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.* Proven track record of designing/implementing learning programs and initiatives in or for large customers or companies.TO APPLY:
