Job Description Summary:

Mid Level engineering position to support the acquisition and post-sales support of customers. Provide customer site installation support and technical support after the sale.

Additional duties include assist in the testing of customer applications and systems as well as general networking and system administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Support sales calls and visits from a technical perspective.

- Support potential customers during the demo/trial phase of our service.

- Support and manage all technical aspects of customers after service turn-up.

- Assist engineering and quality assurance with the testing of customer applications and system software.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 3-5yrs in Sales Engineering or Customer Support for a technical product

- Linux/Unix system administration

- IP/networking experience

- Protocol experience with applications that use IP (DNS, SSH, FTP, HTTP, ?)

- Perl, Web server or C/C++ programming experience a plus
