Description
Provides IT support for both hardware and software issues for executives. Supports executive meetings, home offices, and media and conference events by managing all aspects of planning, setup, and running technical logistics. Manages 3rd party vendors. Requires a vast knowledge of multiple types of A/V equipment, including: Sound Engineering; Video Engineering; and PC Network management. Provides consulting and testing for new technologies such as PDA's and other peripherals.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve IT trouble tickets and work orders for Executives
  • Provide input on enterprise-wide rollouts/initiatives and provide consultation on Executive-related projects
  • Manage inquiries from vendors, internal customers and company guests
  • Document issues and resolutionsdf-tc

    Experience/Skills
    Basic Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2 Years experience in Customer service, including direct support of executive level customers

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Business
    • Microsoft Certifications
    • 1 Year experience in Help Desk or PC support
    • 5 Years experience in Customer service, including direct support of executive level customers
