We are currently seeking a Database/DataWarehouse Administrator.

Description:

Will implement and maintain the database objects for the applications of a multi-terabyte pharmaceutical data warehouse and it's data marts. Should have prior working experience on data warehouse decision support systems. Direct knowledge of Microstrategy a plus. Activities include: maintaining application-level DB objects, application level storage management, ensuring proper security, providing senior-level complex query performance tuning and consultancy, and maintenance of ERWin-based data models.

Must have excellent analytical ability with strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with application developers and managers, and understand IT systems development processes and lifecycle management. Will promote company standards and procedures that effect database management, design, and maintenance. Must have customer service attitude, and be a team player, proactive, and able to deal with clients under pressure. Prior experience working in pharmaceutical sales business preferred.
