Description
HR Functional Analyst General Experience: Ten (10) years of progressive experience with military Human Resource systems including functional analysis and recent DoD experience. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years. Experience especially with teh Defense Travel System (DTS) and preference would be given to someone retired from the USMC. Functional Responsibility: Works under general supervision, developing the requirements of a product from inception to conclusion. Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems. Experience with System Development Life Cycle a plus. Experience with Rational tools a plus.
