Note : This is a Contract to hire position,so third partied please excuse.
The max pay rate is $ 65/hr on W2 (all inclusive)

This role will be a mix of Business Analysis, Data Analysis using SQL, creating data mapping document in conjunction with ETL team, performing and leading UAT.

Duties:
"Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, engineering, and testing phases.
Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow / process diagrams, data flow / data model diagrams.
Convert Business requirements to ETL specs
Participate in design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts / graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to meet the new information needs.
Participate in the creation of a catalog of key performance indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata.
Assist in the development of logical and physical data models to create and maintain database schemas in support of BI/DW requirements.
Produces charts, tables, and graphs to support departmental presentations and reporting requirements.
Provides data and analyses in a timely manner and verifies the accuracy of data analyses produced by self, agency or others.

Qualifications:
"Proven experience in at least 4 DW/BI projects as a Business Analyst
Ability to motivate and seek out accurate business requirements from end users
Ability to influence the DW data model as and when appropriate
Exceptional, verbal, written and documentation skills
Should have experience in articulating complex business problems and its solutions to Business and technical teams
Strong communication, presentation, and meeting skills with acute political awareness
Strong technical writing and diagramming skills
Ability to create SQL queries
Ability to create charts and graphs in Excel
Health industry experience is a plus
Cognos or Business Objects report writing skills a plus, though not a necessary
High work ethics, flexibilitydf-tc
