Target Salary $90,000, Can be a Citizen of any country (will only transfer H1B's), experience 3-5 years, 4 yr degree.
Description: This is a DATA ANALYST POSITION which will support business process redesign and systems implementations in 2007 and beyond. Key IT initiatives currently launching include the implementation of a trade order management system, an investments data hub and data warehouse, and performance attribution and fixed income analytics systems, as well as compliance and allocation process automation and improvements.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience collecting user requirements, data analysis, documenting technical specifications, and data modeling. Ability to understand complex business needs, logical problem solving ability, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. An industry background in securities (such as fixed income assets and derivatives) is required.

Experience/Skills
Minimum 5 years experience analyzing business needs and defining detailed business requirements
Experience in relational and/or dimensional data modeling
Proficient in analyzing information needs for current and planned business functions
Ability to analyze workflow and procedures
Partner with business users to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs, then translating those need into formal, documented business requirements
Ability to create and maintain quality documentation for technical and non-technical staff
Ability to create functional/technical specifications
Ability to coordinate the testing and implementation of technology solutions (applications, data warehousing, business intelligence, etc.)
Experience with data modeling tools, Erwin preferred
Assist in developing project plans, scheduling, monitoring and communicating project status

Other desired skills:
