Pointe Technology Group is currently searching for a Data Architect to work on site with our client, Social Security Administration, in Woodlawn , MD. This is a multi-year contract with a competitive annual salary and benefits. All employees subject to criminal/credit background check along with drug screening. Details are below. Data Architect/Analyst: Proficient in Data-Management concepts, practices and procedures possessing, extensive knowledge of DBMS in multi-tiered, Web/Client/Server environments (preferably .Net framework) as well as extensive knowledge of data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design and ETL tools, processes and methodology.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with leading relational database management systems such as SQL, DB2 (no exceptions) and Oracle
Strong background in large-scale, enterprise-wide, data integration projects
Advanced proficiency and experience with Data Design and Architecture
Extensive knowledge of Logical and Physical Modeling techniques
Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills
Additional Desired Skills:

Understanding of data mining tools such as MS Analysis Services
Experience with Hyperion/Brio
Direct experience with consulting to Federal agencies.
