Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Data Center Operations Technician to join our team in Anaheim, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
Provides operational support for systems hardware, peripherals and software within Perot data centers and related facilities. Identifies, isolates, and resolves problems. Works in conjunction with Technical support staff to implement immediate resolutions to more critical problems. Will be responsible for various projects in the Data Center such as server inventory and power re-distribution.

Required Skills:
  • Three years of related experience in computer operations or equivalent combination of experience.

    Desired Skills:
  • Arcserve and Enterprise Backup process,
  • Healthcare experience
  • Media management process
  • Microsoft Office experience will be a plus.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • LAN/WAN and Backup training certifications desired.
