Description
Independent Physicians Association dedicated to facing the future and leading the way with innovative and technical solutions for our members and provider community. Primary focus will be on the support, maintenance of the production databases (MS SQL 2000). The responsibilities include scaling, high availability and overall performance of the company's production server and its surrounding database environment. Responsible to ensure database backup and recovery procedures are tested and up to date. Responsible for systems maintenance of the production environment (MS SQL 2000 Servers)
Responsible for the maintenance of other MS SQL databases that co-exist with our production environment (Development/Test/QA). Coordinate with the Enterprise application vendor to analyze current system level functions, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized and formats for reports.
